We are pleased to announce a conference in honor of Amnon Fisher’s 70th birthday. For many fruitful years Amnon is a vigorous and original contributor in the fields of Plasma physics and Optics. Gas-puff Z-pinch, capillary discharge X-ray laser, entanglement properties of down-converted photons and advanced experiments with optical cavities is just a partial list of his recent years scientific interests. In the conference, novel experimental and theoretical research in these fields will be presented, as well as selected review talks by invited speakers.
