After initialization of the program if the lattice site coordinates will be read right from the file you see the next report:

Values that have a sense are in the range 0-0.13eV (in the kT-units range 0 - 5 kT).

You can enter any positive integer except 0.

Values that have a sense are in the range of 0 -3 [E+06 V/cm].

Experimentations are made in temperature range: 220-320K

And the last enters are concerning to the tunneling rate and its deviation. Its value has to be in the range of 1-10 with any deviation.
