Results
We run program on the lattice 7x7x7. The next graph demonstrates histogram of site energy deviation. You can see that energy deviates not so fine as we expected.

Much attention has been paid in recent years to the dependence of the mobility on electric field. The drift mobility of carriers in organic disordered media in experiment usually demonstrates exponential dependence on electric field in the form of [1]:
So, we have expected from our simulation such sort of dependence of mobility from the external field. The obtained in simulation results we present on the next graphs:

We can see that dependence mu(E1/2) is more
complex then exponential. For the purpose to compare our results we presents
simulation results that were obtained by P.M. Borsenberger, L. Pautmeier,
H. Bessler[4]:

There are some similarities in the behavior of mu (E1/2)-dependence, but there are some differences that we can try to explain.
