Yakov
Slutsker received his M. Sc. in physics from Gorky (Nizny Novgorod) State University, Russia, in 1976 and his Ph. D. in physics from the Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences,
Nizhnii Novgorod, Russia, in 1989.
From 1976 to 1990, he was with the Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Nizhnii Novgorod, Russia, doing research on plasma
interaction with intense electromagnetic waves. Since 1991 he has been with the Department of Physics, Technion, Haifa. |
